Career opportunities

Currently, we are hiring the position listed below:

1) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Responsible for managing the sales and operations of the company
  • Develop new business opportunities for GISB
  • Servicing existing clients and developing new accounts
  • Coordinating and facilitating training programmes and other ad hoc activities to ensure the smooth runnning of the company
  • Requirement:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Management/ Marketing, or its equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
    • Design/develop and conduct training programmes for the sales department
    • Able to establish strategies to support training and development efforts
    • Assist in the formulation of training procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Strong analytical mind and competency in people management skills
    • Excellent oral and written skills (required English & Bahasa Malaysia)
    • Able to evaluate the training programmes and prepare progress reports for trainees
    • Able to formulate new sales, marketing and business plans
    • A team player with a positive attitude

    2) MARKETING & TRAINING EXECUTIVE

  • Responsible for the promotion of our services, and the maintenance of our existing and potential clients' accounts
  • Must ensure high market penetration through territorial coverage sales activities
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in servicing existing clients and developing new accounts
  • Support the administrative staff in ad hoc duties and training programmes
  • Requirement:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field
    • Experience in sales and marketing is ESSENTIAL
    • Must be computer literate with excellent oral and written skills (required English & Bahasa Malaysia)
    • Must possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
    • Self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
    • Able to work independently and within a team
    • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

    3) PRACTICAL STUDENTS

    During the internship period, some of the areas you will be exposed to include:

  • Support sales and tele-marketing
  • Event management
  • Client management
  • Administrative task
  • Requirement:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field
    • Applicant must be willing to work in Petalling Jaya
    • Required/preferred language: English/Bahasa Malaysia
    • Able to multi-task
    • Good working attitude
    • Must be willing to learn
    • Internship duration of 6 month(s)

    4) Account and Admin Assistant

  • Involved in Account and Finance principal
  • To maintain a proper and updated filing system
  • Responsible for general administration work
  • Requirement:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
    • Fresh graduate or internship encourage to apply
    • Required/preferred Able to communicate and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Good in operating MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
    • Hardworking, responsible and commited
    • Willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
    • Have valid driving license
    • Preferable have own transport

    5) Business Secretary Assistant

  • Do paperwork like proposal, course content, flyers, report, key-in data and more
  • Liaising with customer with the amount we set each day
  • Responsible for all activities related to promoting training services to existing and new customers
  • Requirement:

    • Candidates must have at least a Diploma or Degree and have an interest in communication
    • Fresh graduate are welcome and encouraged to apply
    • Computer literate: Microsoft Office or equivalent
    • Good in Bahasa Malaysia and at least can understand English
    • Able to work in team and individual
    • Discipline and hardworking
    • Training provided to new employee
    • Minimum salary from RM1500 + Commission
    • Have valid driving license
    • Preferable have own transport

    A brief description of your Job Task and Responsibilities will be provided during the interview

    6) Secretary and Admin Assistant

  • Do paperwork like proposal, course content, flyers, report, key-in data and handle company social media
  • Maintain calendar of activities, answer telephone, meetings, arrange and coordinate activities of various events
  • Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities and clerical duties in support of assigned by management
  • Must project a professional image at all time, punctual for work, meeting and training, positive work attitude and behavior
  • Have valid driving license
  • Preferable have own transport
  • Requirement:

    • Candidates must have at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent
    • Fresh graduates are welcome and encourage to apply
    • Computer literate: Microsoft Office or equivalent
    • Good in Bahasa Malaysia and at least can understand English
    • Able to work in team and individual
    • Discipline and hardworking
    • Training provided to new employees
    • Minimum salary starting from RM1200
